Jacqueline Denise Stinson is a native of Washington, DC. She is an inspirational writer/editor, author, and poet. She is the proud mom of one adult son, who is the star in her life.
She discovered her passion for expressing herself through written words in her personal journals and diaries as a young child. After losing her mother to lung cancer in 2002, Jacqueline rededicated her life to the Lord, and her outlook on life changed significantly. Writing was like medicine for coping with the grieving process, and it helped her win her battle with depression. She started writing poetic expressions, and produced her first poetry book, which was published in 2009. In 2013, the Lord released her to write inspirational devotions. She started publishing and encouraging many through her personal e-mail chain and now on social media. It became evident over the years and through many confirmations as she began to walk closer with the Lord that her writing is a magnificent gift and blessing in her life to inspire herself and many others.
She truly believes that we constantly need a word filled with life, truth, and power, and that the Word of God is faithful in reminding us that we overcome by the word of our testimony (Revelation 12:11). As she continues to venture on this journey for the Lord’s glory, her sincere prayer is that all who cross this path will see less of her but more of Christ Jesus, and can declare for themselves without a shadow of doubt, “I have been chosen.”
